Degree in Law and Master’s in Tax Consultancy, both from the University of Navarra, he is a practising solicitor, No. 2362, of the most illustrious Pamplona Bar Association.
He was trained as a specialist Tax lawyer at the Garrigues firm, in their San Sebastián office (1998 – 2006), later working in Pamplona for the firm, Aderta Abogados (2006 – 2011), after which he founded his own practice also in the capital of Navarra (2011 – 2017).
He has wide experience in providing legal and tax advice (provincial and state regulations) to companies, both in direct and indirect taxation, business restructuring operations, assistance to taxpayers in inspection procedures, and legal advice in administrative and contentious-administrative appeals in tax litigation. He advises individuals and family groups on the legal-tax planning of their assets, as well as on the inheritance of family assets.
He has advised non-profit organisations and the Catholic Church on the application of taxes in accordance with their specific regulations, as well as on maximising the tax benefits applicable to benefactors and patrons.
He was a Lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy at the University of Navarra (2008-2012), and has given courses on company taxation to his employees. As part of his continuous development, he attends courses, conferences and seminars on tax law.
